The conceptual direction applies a modern, free-addressing, open, collaborative atmosphere to a building with great local/regional heritage.

With nearly 2 acres of bi-sloping land, the property includes an 11,500sf exceptional residence, a separate working studio an avocado orchard and an owner’s vineyard. The main house is three stories with one level set into the hillside. A large plinth creates entry and private outdoor areas including pool, dining and relaxation areas. The lower level contains a 2000 bottle wine storage, lounge area with orchard views and a 4-car garage.

Community spaces serve the residents and others. Office functions create an unparalleled county-wide center for housing services.
