Housing for the Missing Middle

Architecture services for the design of a community campus including 13 water- and energy- efficient, 620 sf mobile homes with exterior MSIP construction, efficient systems and materials and plenty of light and air.

We were thrilled to work as collaborators with First Wave Project to lead design and envision housing solutions for those seeking resilient, affordable, energy efficient and sustainable living.

Lifestyle, wellness, and flexibility were all key program goals. Modular wall systems inside and out allow for finishes to change and walls to move according to the needs of individuals and families alike. The final result of these two-bedroom homes can create community that sustains People, Place, and Planet.
