MCTIGUE converted a 10 acre parcel of land into a 50,670 sq foot event location welcoming the Italian Navy vessel Amerigo Vespucci as part of its world tour. In partnership with Jimmy Pallas and his exceptional team at 9PM, all drawings & permits were completed within five weeks.

The entire site and all buildings were Consciously designed, leaving a light footprint on the land. Everything was quickly constructed, deconstructed, and materials reused leaving no disturbance to the Earth post-event.
